Marion Rockin’ Rendezvous!

June 5th from 11AM to 9PM at Lowe Park in Marion (4500 North 10th Ave)

Proceeds from this event support the Kiwanis Miracle League at Prospect Meadows where kids with disabilities are able to play baseball.

This year’s event is a little different thanks to the pandemic. Still FREE ADMISSION, still GREAT MUSIC, still FAMILY FUN. But we do ask people to follow the CDC guidelines to socially distance themselves and mask up when you can’t maintain that distance. It is an outside event but we would appreciate your cooperation in living up to our “Iowa Nice” reputation.

First band will be Rockin Rockits. They will take the stage at 11AM.

Next band is the Past Masters. They will take the stage at 2:30PM.

The Janeys will finish the show at 6PM.

We will have local food and beverage vendors at the park for your convenience and, as always, you are welcome to bring your own. Bring your cash or cards that can be used at each stand. We will have beer available but we’ll be asking for your valid ID.

We will NOT be doing face painting this year for safety reasons. The pandemic has also been hard on our BBQ vendors and we apologize that we have to suspend that as our main theme. Local BBQ celebrity Willie Ray’s Q Shack will be there, but all our other vendors are gone or unavailable. Hopefully next year we can get back to normal.
